Welcome to DD Luxe. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and communications. By engaging with our business or accessing our digital platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

DD Luxe is a New Zealand-based luxury concierge service that assists clients in organising overseas cosmetic surgery and aesthetic procedures. We act as a facilitator and coordinator between clients and third-party service providers, including but not limited to surgeons, clinics, hospitals, transport companies, and accommodation providers.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical procedures and aftercare are carried out by independent third-party professionals. DD Luxe is not liable for the outcomes of any procedures, and we recommend clients seek independent medical advice before proceeding.

You must be 18 years or older to use our services. By engaging with DD Luxe, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

You agree:

• To provide accurate, current, and complete information.
   
• To comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
   
• Not to use our platform or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
   
• To assume all responsibility for your decisions, risks, and outcomes related to cosmetic procedures.

While we vet and partner with reputable third-party providers, DD Luxe is not responsible for their performance, negligence, or actions. Your relationship with them is governed by their own terms, policies, and medical consent forms.

All quotes and fees will be discussed transparently. Deposits or payments made to secure travel, accommodation, or procedure bookings are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. You are responsible for all costs not included in your service package.

Due to the nature of third-party arrangements and pre-paid bookings, refunds are limited. Any cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refund eligibility is determined case-by-case and may be subject to third-party refund policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DD Luxe is not liable for:

• Medical or procedural outcomes
   
• Complications arising before, during, or after surgery
   
• Delays, cancellations, or issues related to third-party services
   
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   

You agree to release DD Luxe from any claims relating to your medical experience and travel outcomes.

All content on our website, social media, and printed materials (including text, images, branding, and logo) is the property of DD Luxe and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any material without our written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, store, and use your personal information in compliance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Please check this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in New Zealand courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
